He felt that the costis unjustly <br />divided at the present time and said he was opposed to it <br />until there is a fairer allocation of costs. <br /> <br />Mr. Donald Johnson, Golden Age Nursing Home. Wasn't sure what <br />benefit he would get from the improvement. Said he <br />didnotKnoW if he was opposedor not but thought he was <br />opposed. <br /> <br />After a short discussion, the Council decided to postpone a <br /> <br />decision on the improvement until it had had an opportunity to <br /> <br />further study all comments made at the public hearing. <br />
