<br />The Village Council met on the above date with the following
<br />members present: Mayor ~lcGee, Trustees Reinecke, Goodrich and
<br />Kustermann. Trustee Flanagan was absent.
<br />
<br />Goodrich Moved, Kustermann Seconded, that the minutes of the
<br />meeting of ~Iay 28, 1962, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes (4) -
<br />Nays (0).

<br />Kustermann Moved, Goodrich Seconded, that the minutes of the
<br />meeting of June 4, 1962, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes (4) -
<br />Nays (0).

<br />Goodrich Moved, Kustermann Seconded, that the minutes of the
<br />special meeting of June 6, 1962, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes (4)
<br />Nays (0).

<br />Goodrich Moved, Kustermann Seconded, that the bids for the improve-
<br />ment of the Spartan Stores and Lexington Holding Co. be opened.

<br />.mprovement of the Spartan Stores and Lexington Holding Co, be
<br />closed; and that they be referred to the engineer for tabulation.

<br />Reinecke Hoved, Goodrich Seconded, to accept the withdrawal by the
<br />petitioner of the Bernston Rezoning involving rezoning of property
<br />located at Sne lling and Lydia Avenues from B 1 to 13 2. Roll Call,

<br />Reinecke r,loved, Kustermann Seconded, that the $5.00 paid by rlr. Eugene
<br />Heuer for the request for variance to the five foot side yard setback
<br />be refunded to him since a revision of the vi llage code no longer
