<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Regular Meeting of the Village Councilg July 9, 19620 <br /> <br />The Village Council met on the above date with the following members <br />present: ~1ayor McGee, Trustees Reinecke~ Flanagan and Kustermanno <br />Trustee Goodrich was absent 0 <br /> <br />Reinecke Moved, Kustermann Seconded, that the minutes of the meeting <br />of July 2, 1962, be approved 0 Roll Call, Ayes (4) ~ Nays (0) Q <br /> <br />Flanagan ~1oved, Reinecke Seconded, that the Wallace Bell variance to <br />the ordinance for a 3 foot sideyard setback be granted since to enforce <br />compliance with the ordinance would work an undue hardshil:,ul that <br />the property was established prior to the present zoning ordinance and <br />the surrounding homes are established with a lesser setback than <br />requested. Roll Call, Ayes (4) = Nays (0)0 <br /> <br />Reinecke Moved, Kustermann Seconded, that the public hearing on the <br />Socony Mobil Oil Company variance and special use permit be continued <br />until July 23, 1962; and that in the interim the problem be referred <br />to the Planning Commission for their meeting on July 11, 1962, for <br />complete study and report back by July 23, 19620 Roll Call ~ Ayes (4) <br />Nays (0). <br /> <br />.einecke Moved, Flanagan Seconded, that the request for a two foot <br />sideyard setback for Richard Welle~ 1434 Wo Belmont Lane~ be approved, <br />as to refuse the request would work a hardship by causing him to dlg <br />up the existing slab. Roll Call, Ayes (4) = Nays (0)0 <br /> <br />Flanagan Moved, Reinecke Seconded, that the request of Huber Sign Coo <br />for temporary placement of the Roseville State Bank Sign on pylon <br />structure at the west end of the Hub Shopping Center, and thereby <br />exceed the height limitation in the ordinance by four feet~ be granted <br />with the limitation that the sign be removed by February l~ 1963: the <br />hardship being that the pylon structure being of permanent nature could <br />not feasibly be cut four feet for adherence to the ordinanceo Roll <br />Call, Ayes (4) - Nays (0)0 <br /> <br />Kustermann ~1oved, Flanagan Seconded" chat the request for a variance <br />by Theodore B.
