<br />Regular Meeting of the Village Council, July 23, 1962.

<br />The Village Council met on the above date with the following members
<br />present: Mayor McGee, Trustees Reinecke, Flanagan, Kustermann and
<br />Goodrich.
<br />
<br />Reinecke Moved, Kustermann Seconded, that the minutes of the meeting
<br />of .July 9, 1962, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0).

<br />Kustermann Moved, Goodrich Seconded, that the minutes of the special
<br />meeting of July 16, 1962, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes (5) = Nays (0).

<br />Flanagan Moved, Goodrich Seconded, that the bids on the Installation BIDS
<br />of Fire Hall Overhead Doors be opened. Roll Call, Ayes (5) = Nays (0).

<br />Goodrich Moved, Kustermann Seconded, that the bids be closed.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0).

<br />Reinecke Moved, Flanagan Seconded, that the bids be given to the Fire
<br />Chief and the Building Inspector for tabulation. Roll Call, Ayes (5) ",
<br />Nays (0).

<br />Reinecke Moved, Kustermann Seconded, that the Clerk and the Mayor be
<br />authorized to sign the Final Plat for Tschida's Owasso Hills Plat No. I
<br />on the condition that the Attorney approves it; and further that the
<br />Engineer approves the easement to be dedicated between Lots 4 and 5.

<br />Reinecke Moved, Kustermann Seconded, that the public hearing on a
<br />variance request by Michael Strandquist, 2366 N. Western Avenue, be
<br />continued until August 6, 1962, and in the meantime the members of the
<br />Council survey the area. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0).

<br />Flanagan Moved, Goodrich Seconded, that the public hearing on the
<br />variance requested by Socony Mobil Oil = Towle Company, be continued
<br />until August 6, 1962. Roll Call, Ayes (S) - Nays (0) 0
<br />
<br />Goodrich Moved, Kustermann Seconded~ that the variance requested by
<br />Robert Sorteberg for a five foot sitleyard setback on property
<br />located at 1732 North St. Albans, be granted because a hardship
<br />would result due to the sewer easement on the north side of his
<br />property not permitting the man to properly utilize the full lot.

<br />Flanagan Movecl, Kustermann Seconded, that the request for a special use
<br />permit and division of land by Vince Co Hender be referred to the
