VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE Regular Meeting of the Village Council, August 6, 1962. The Village Council met on the above date with the following members present: ~layor ~1cGee, Trustees Reinecke, Flanagan, Kustermann and Goodrich. Kustermann Moved, Reinecke Seconded, that the minutes of the meeting of July 23, 1962, be approved as corrected: On Page 3, it should read: the On Page 7, it should read: Flanagan Moved, Goodrich Seconded, that the minutes of the special meeting of July 30, 1962, be approved as presented. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). Flanagan r.1oved, Goodrich Seconded, that the bids be opened. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). Reinecke Moved, Goodrich Seconded, that the bids be closed. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). Goodrich Moved, Kustermann Seconded, that the bids be referred to the Building Inspector for tabulation and report back to the Counci L Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). Reinecke Moved, Kustermann Seconded, that on recommendation of the Building Inspector, the Reinhardt Construction Company be authorized to install the electrically operated Fire Hall Doors for a price not to exceed $894.00. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0) F lanagan ~Ioved, Reinecke Seconded, that the variance request by Glenn IV. Larson be approved for a 5 foot rear lot setback and 15 foot sideyard setback as per the diagram attached to the request, since attaching the garage to the house would necessitate a variance request for 18 foot setback closer to the corner which would be more de leterious than at the back of the lot; and since the terrain of the property prohibits an attached garage.
