VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE ~gular Meeting of the Village Council, August 13, 1962. 8:00 P.M. The Village Council met on the above date with the following members present: Mayor McGee, Trustees Flanagan, Goodrich, Kustermann and Reinecke. Goodrich ~1oved, Kustermann Seconded, that the minutes of the meeting of August 6, 1962, be approved as corrected. Roll Call, A:es (5) - Nays (0). MINUTES On Page 2, under Resolution No. 589 - Minnesota Water Company, Inc., it should read: Flanagan Moved, Goodrich Seconded, that the bid for the construction of an addition to the Maintenance Garage be awarded to the Larson Building mpany, low bidder, for both the bid of $9,096 for a two-bay addition ....Id the alternate additional bid of $3,422 for a third bay, for a total of $12,518; and that the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to sign the contract. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). BID TABULATION Reinecke Moved, Kustermann Seconded, that the Roseville Autowash Corpor- ation request for building permit for a car wash on the northeast corner of County Road B and Snelling be approved. Roll Call, Ayes (4) - Nays (1), Flanagan voting nay. BUILDING PERMIT ROSEVILLE AUTOWASH CORP. Reinecke Moved, Goodrich Seconded, that the request for building permit by the Paul Bunyan Motel Restaurant, 2950 North Snelling Avenue, be approved, subject to further study by the Building Inspector. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). BUILDING PERMIT PAUL BUNYAN MOTEL RESTAURANT Reinecke Moved, Goodrich Seconded, that the request of Vince Hencier for development of two apartment buildings at County Road D and Lexington Avenue be approved, and that the building permit for these two apartment buildings be approved. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). HENCIER BUILDING PERMIT Goodrich Moved, Kustermann Seconded, that a public hearing be established for Kluegel variance on August 27, 1962.
