<br />Regular Meeting of the Village Council, August 27, 1962.

<br />"e Village Council met on the above date with the following members
<br />present: Mayor McGee, Trustees Flanagan, Goodrich and Kustermann.
<br />
<br />The fl.layor announced the meeting was opened for consideration of a
<br />proposed sanitary sewer improvement in the Village.
<br />
<br />Goodrich Moved, Kustermann Seconded, that publication of notice of
<br />public hearing and certificate of mailing notices be placed on file.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes (4) - Nays (0).
<br />
<br />Goodrich r-Ioved, Kustermann Seconded, that Resolution No. 593 ordering
<br />Sanitary Sewer Improvement No.4 and directing preparation of final plans,
<br />be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes (4) - Nays (0).

<br />Flanagan ~/Ioved, Goodrich Seconded, that the minutes of August 13, 1962,
<br />be approved, Roll Call, Ayes (4) - Nays (0).

<br />Flanagan Moved, Goodrich Seconded, that the request for variance to the
<br />ordinance of William E. Kluegel to build on a fifty foot lot with an area
<br />below that required by our ordinance be approved, as the property was platted
<br />prior to our present zoning ordinanCE and to conform to the ordinance would
<br />cause undue hardship. Roll Call, Ayes (4) - Nays (0).

<br />Goodrich ~~ved, Kustermann Seconded, that the request of the residents on C2
<br />lrvicw regarding a drainage problem be referred to the Village Engineer, the
<br />Village Clerk" fir, Short of Banister Engineering Co. and the Village Attorney
<br />for a report to be submitted at the next regular meeting. Roll Call, Ayes (4)

<br />Flanagan ~~ved, Kusternann Seconded, that the Towle Co. request for rezoning
<br />of the ilamline Shopping Center property at Harnline and Centennial Drive be
<br />referred to the Planning Commission. Roll Call, Ayes (4) - Nays (0).

<br />Flanagan r'loved, Goodrich Seconded, that public hearing be set for September 10,
<br />1962, for variance of Russell A. IHoyer, 3117 North Lexington Ave. J to build a
<br />garage on the edge of property, Roll Call, Ayes (4) - Nays (0).

<br />Associates for building permit for a medical office bui Iding at North Sne lIing:
<br />Avenue and Lydia be issued, subject to the approval of the Building Inspector.

<br />the Clerk, for the Primary Election on September 11, 1962, be approved. Roll
