It is hereby found and determined by this Council that the <br />foregoing amendment is just and equitable to said proposed <br />assessment, and necessary to a fair assessment for payment <br />of the cost of said improvement. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Councilmember Maschka and upon vote being taken thereon, -the <br />following voted in favor thereof: Maschka, Cushman, Thomas, and Rog, <br />and the following voted against the same: None. <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adop~ed. <br />
