<br />ment 62-1, Project 1, be opened, Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0),

<br />Flanagan Hoved, Goodrich Seconded, that the bids be closed and be
<br />referred to the Consul ting Engineer for tabulation, Roll Call,
<br />Ayes (5) - Nays (0),
<br />
<br />The Acting Clerk reported that Rose of Sharon ~lanor, Inc, had
<br />deposi ted with the Villap:e a cashier check in the amount of $2,200
<br />for the construction of road on Grandview.

<br />Goodrich Moved, Schrenker Seconded, that Ordinance No. 379 amendini!
<br />Ordinance No. 297 (Zoning Code and zoning map) pursuant to Sections
<br />16.010, 16.020, 16.030 and 16.040. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0),

<br />Goodrich rloved, Kustermann Seconded, that the Preliminary Plat for
<br />Rose of Sharon Manor, Inc. be approved. Roll Call, Ayes (5) -
<br />Nays (0).

<br />October 1, 1962, for Harlan Grayden be reconsidered. Roll Call,
