<br />The Village Council met on the above date with the following members
<br />present: Mayor McGee, Trustees Flanagan, Goodrich, Kustermann and
<br />Schrenker,

<br />Flanagan Moved, Goodrich Seconded, that the minutes of the regular meeting
<br />of October I, 1962, be approved, Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0),
<br />
<br />Flanagan Moved, Goodrich Seconded, that the minutes of the meeting of
<br />October 8, 1962, relating to Public Hearing on Long Lake Road Improve-
<br />ment be amended to read, "Special Meeting of the Village Council,
<br />October 8,1962, at 7:00 P,M," Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0)0
<br />
<br />Flanagan Moved, Goodrich Seconded, that the minutes of the special meeting
<br />of October 15, 1962, be approved, Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0)0
<br />
<br />Goodrich Moved, Kustermann Seconded, that the bids on the Park Mainten-
<br />ance Equipment be opened, Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0)0
<br />
<br />Flanagan Moved, Goodrich Seconded, that the bids on the Park Maintenance
<br />Equipment be closed, Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0),
<br />
<br />Goodrich Moved, Kustermann Seconded, that the bids be referred to the
<br />Acting Clerk and Recreation Director for tabulation and recommendation
<br />to be brought in at the next meeting, November 5, 19620 Roll Call,

<br />Schrenker Moved, Kustermann Seconded, that the bids for the Snow Plow
<br />Hitch be opened, Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0),

<br />Schrenker Moved, Kustermann Seconded, that the bids on the Snow Plow
<br />Hitch be closed, Roll Call, Ayes (S) - Nays (0)0

<br />Schrenker Moved, Kustermann Seconded, that the bids be referred to the
<br />Acting Clerk and the Engineer for tabulation and recommendation to be

<br />Flanagan Moved, Goodrich Seconded, that a Special Use Permit be granted
<br />the Towle Company subject to the following conditions:
<br />
<br />(1) The property in question has been increased in size to
<br />I SO' of frontage on Hamline Avenue and 130' of depth
<br />
<br />(2) Allowance has been made for a future widening of Hamline
<br />Avenue of 10' along the east side of the property in question
<br />
