<br />Flanagan Hoved, Goodrich Seconded, that the minutes of the meeting of
<br />October 22, 1962, be approved as corrected. Roll Call, Ayes (5) -

<br />Kustermann Hoved, Schrenker Seconded, that the minutes of t.he meeting
<br />of November 5, 1962, be approved, Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0).

<br />meeting of November 7, 1962, be approved. Roll Call. Ayes (5) -

<br />the necessary steps to restore or to treat the trees on the r'hillip G,

<br />Flanagan Moved, Kustermann Seconded, that the Clerk be authorized to
<br />issue a building permit to Nicholas Lebens for an addition to a green-
<br />house at 1021 Larpenteur for use in conjunction !Vi th the retai I florist
<br />shop as shown in the plans tendered by said owner to the building
<br />nspector, and provided that said owner meets all the applicable
<br />requirements of the Building Code, Roll Call, Aycs (5) - Nays (0).

<br />Coodrich t-loved, Schrenker Seconded, that the subclivisior. of the lot by
<br />\lbert J. Richter be referred to the Planninp: Commission for a report

<br />Schrenker ~.Ioved, Goodrich Seconded, that Edward Bossard post a bond
<br />lvi th the Village agreeing: to remove a pump as a water sourco on the
<br />Vi llage water main on Irene Street north of County Road B upon Village
<br />demand and that he will comply with any other requirc~:cnt doemed nec-
<br />essary by Nr. Sautter or Mr. Short; and that the temporary water supply
<br />be approved by the State Board of Health; and that having met these
<br />requirements he be allowed to supply water into a Villap:e main from a
<br />pump on a temporary basis. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0).

<br />at Millwood and Patton Road be approved. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0),

<br />Flanagan Moved, Goodrich Seconded, that the request for a street light
<br />at Shryer Avenue \V, and Prior Avenue N, be approved, Hall Call.
