<br />Regular Meeting of the Village Council, December 3, 1962,

<br />The Village Council met on the above date with the following members
<br />present: Mayor McGee, Trustees Flanagan, Kustermann>> Goodrich and
<br />Schrenkero

<br />Kustermann Moved, Schrenker Seconded, that the minutes of the meeting
<br />of November 26, 1962, be approved as correctedo Roll Call, Ayes (5) -
<br />Nays (0).

<br />On page 2>> it should read:

<br />Flanagan Moved, Goodrich Seconded, that the Building Inspector be
<br />authorized to issue a building permit to the Mobile Home Service,
<br />2211 County Road C 2 for an addition to their present building.

<br />Goodrich Moved, Kustermann Seconded, that the request of Richard Ao
<br />Houle to withdraw his rezoning request for the East 140 feet of Lot

<br />holzer's Addition, Ramsey County>> Minnesota, be accepted, Roll Call,
<br />Ayes (5) = Nays (0),

<br />Goodrich Moved, Schrenker Seconded, that the request of the Comancheros
<br />Car Club for the use of the Village Hall on December 14, 1962, be
<br />approved. Roll Call, Ayes (5) = Nays (0)0

<br />Goodrich Moved, Kustermann Seconded, that the Village clean out the
<br />sanitary sewer on Maple Lane between County Road C 2 and Wheeler; and
<br />that the Engineer calculate the cost and a bill be sent to the Mid-
<br />land Construction Company for the cost involvedo Roll Call, Ayes (5).

<br />ing the sanitary sewer extension in the Rosedale Drive Improvement
<br />and authorizing payment to the contractor, Orfei and Sons, be

<br />Kustermann Moved, Schrenker Seconded, that the Clerk be authorized to
<br />issue a draft of the Village of Roseville in the amount of $131,00
<br />made payable to George Jo Reiling and Mary Jane Reiling, and the
<br />Ramsey County Welfare Board, in payment of the balance due on Rose-
<br />ville Sanitary Sewer Easement Noo 12540 Roll Call, Ayes (5) = Nays (0).

<br />erties, Inco, 2965 Snelling, request for a special use permit be
