The entire site other than that taken up by a structure <br />or planting shall be surfaced with a material to control <br />dust and drainage. <br /> <br />2. A drainage system subject to the approval of the Village <br />Engineer shall be installed. <br /> <br />3. No parking or service area shall be less than five feet <br />from a property line and a box curb shall separate the <br />public sidewalk from such parking or service areas, except <br />at approval entrances and exits. <br /> <br />4. All lighting shall be shielded, deflected ordiffussed so as <br />to not cause any beamed, directed or intense li~hting to fall <br />upon adjacent land being utilized for residential purposes, <br />or to not cause any traffic hazzard. <br /> <br />5. Center line of pump islands shall be no less than 25 feet <br />from the property line. <br /> <br />6.
