<br />Fox be authorized to attend the St, Paul Police Academy School
<br />scheduled to last 12 weeks,

<br />PARK SITE 7 C-B
<br />authorized to execute the earnest money contract for Park Site No,
<br />7 C-B, calling for a consideration of $9,000,00; and that the Clerk
<br />be authorized to issue a draft of the Village in the amount of $9,000,00
<br />made payable to Frank Tschida a/k/a Frank J, Tschida, in payment of
<br />Park Site No, 7 C-B, Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0),
<br />Goodrich Moved, Kustermann Seconded,
<br />PARK SITES
<br />that the Village pay $24,745,00
<br />to Amelia R, Ashbach for Lots 8 through 12, Block 2, and lots 1
<br />11 B-A G C
<br />through 7, Block 3, Ashbach Park, and pay to Bernard N, Ashbach and
<br />Arlene Ashbach the sum of $2,500 for Lot 13, Block 2, Ashbach Park,
<br />all of said lots constituting Park Sites 11 B-A 8 C, said moneys to
<br />be paid upon the above parties tendering proper deeds that meet with
<br />the approval of the Village Attorney.The payments and deeds are to be
<br />in satisfaction of the earnest money contract of August 15, 1962,
<br />between the Village and Amelia R, Ashbach, Roll Call, Ayes (5) -
