<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of Village <br />Council <br />Village of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br />March 8, 1963 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting <br />of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, <br />of the Village Council <br />was held in the Council Chambers in the village hall in said <br />village on Friday, March 8, 1963, at 8:OO o'clock P.M. <br />The following members were present: <br />Mayor McGee, Councilmen <br />Kustermann and Schrenker. <br />Curley, Goodrich, <br />and the following were absent: <br />None <br />The Village Clerk presented an affidavit showing publica- <br />tion of notice of hearingproposed Water Improvement No. 63-3 <br />on <br />in accordance with the resolution adopted February 11, 1963, <br />which affidavit was examined and found to be satisfactory and was <br />directed to be filed by the Clerk. <br />The Mayor then directed the Clerk to read the description <br />of the general nature and estimated cost of the proposed improve- <br />ment and the area to be assessed therefor, as stated in <br />proposed <br />After reading of the notice, all <br />the published notice of hearing. <br />persons present were afforded opportunity to be heard, and the <br />names and addressesthepersons appearing and heard by the <br />of <br />Council, and the substance of the views presented by them, were as <br />follows: <br /> <br />
