STATE OF MINNESOTA ) <br />1 ss <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY )' <br />and acting <br />I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified <br />Minnesota, <br />Clerk of the Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, <br />attached <br />hereby certify that I have carefully compared the <br />and foregoing extract of minutes of a meeting of the Village <br />Council of said village held on the date therein indicated <br />with the original of said minutes on file in my office and that <br />said extract is a full, true and correct transcriptsaid <br />of <br />minutes insofar as they relate to the proposed construction of <br />a waterworks system in and for said village, under and pur- <br />suant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, and that the resolu- <br />tion included therein is a full, true and correct copy of the <br />original thereof. <br />WITNESS MY HAND and the seal of said village this <br />day of March, 1963. <br />
