<br />acquisition of Park Site 22 A the sum of $2,750, less the amount of
<br />delinquent real estate taxes~ with interest~ and less the 1962 taxes,
<br />said taxes to be computed and payment made as of the da~ a proper estate
<br />deed and supporting documents meeting the approval of tha \i 1llage
<br />Attorney are tendered by the estate; the delinquent taxes~ with interest,
<br />and the 1962 taxes, shall be paill directly by Roseville to the County

<br />to the Ramsey County Treasurer in payment of $485c82 if' delinquent
<br />real estate taxes and $269,10 for 1962 real estate taxes due and pay-
<br />able in 1963~ for the above park sIte, said $754.92 to he deducted
<br />from the purchase pnce of $6~200.00 for this park site; further that
<br />the Clerk issue a draft of the Village of Rosevil1e in the amount of
<br />$5,436038, made payable to Clifford Wo Lund and Carolyn Bc Lund,

<br />pay to the Gluek Bre\ving Company the following amounts for the follow-
<br />ing acquIsItions pertaining to the widening of County Road C, pursuant
<br />to the earnest money contracts entered into on January 11, 1963, to-wit:
<br />the sum of $1,297.35 for the acquisition of Parcel No, 8; the sum of
<br />$I,606c80 for the acquisition of Parcel Noo 10; the sum of $877090 for
<br />the acquisition of Parcel No. 12;, and the sum of $4,793.,50 for the
<br />acquisition of Parcel No. 13, said amounts to be paid when documents
<br />meeting the approval of the Village Attorney have been tendered by the
<br />Gluek Brewing Company; further that the Village pay for the documentary
<br />stamps in the sum of $10.450 Roll Call, Ayes (5) = Nays (0),
