<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Special Meeting of the Village Council, April 29, 1963. <br /> <br />8:30 P.M. <br /> <br />The Village Council met on the above date with the following <br />members present: Mayor McGee, Trustees Curley, Goodrich, <br />Schrenker and Kustermann. <br /> <br />Schrenker Moved, Kustermann Seconded, that the public hearings <br />on the Har-Mar, Incorporated request for a zoning variance and <br />Garley Construction Company's request for a relocation permit <br />be changed from 8:00 p.m., May 6 to 8:00 p.m., May 13, 1963, <br />because of failure of the Village legal newspaper to publish legal <br />notices in sufficient time. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS <br /> <br />Schrenker Moved, Goodrich Seconded, that the bids on grading and <br />surfacing of park sites 3, 7 C, 11 B, 14, 28 A and 37 be received <br />at 11:00 a.m., May 13, 1963, rather than ~fay 6, 1963, by the <br />Village Administrator and Village Engineer because of failure of <br />the Village legal newspaper to publish legal notices in sufficient <br />time. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). <br /> <br />GRADING OF PARKS <br /> <br />Goodrich Moved, Curley Seconded, that the meeting be ajourned at <br />8:45 p.m. Roll Call, Ayes (4) - Nays (1), Kustermann voting nay. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br />
