<br />Kustermann Moved, Schrenker Seconded, that the minutes of the
<br />regular meeting of April 22, 1963, be approved. Roll Call,

<br />Curley Moved, Goodrich Seconded, that the minutes of the special
<br />meeting of April 29, 1963, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes (5) -
<br />Nays (0).

<br />Curley Moved, Goodrich Seconded, that Ordinance No. 389 rezoning
<br />property at 2610 Snelling Curve from R-I to R-3 be adopted.

<br />Kustermann Moved, Goodrich Seconded, that the request for building
<br />permit by Don Roberts, 2610 Snelling Curve, be granted. Roll Call,

<br />calling for a feasibility report on the Commerce-Pascal Avenue
<br />Street Improvement be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0).

<br />Minnesota State Highway Department plans and specifications for
<br />the intersection of County Road B and Snelling Avenue be adopted.

<br />set for the vacation of Tiny Drive from the Southeasterly line

<br />May 27, 1963, for approval of the final plat of Rose of Sharon, Inc.
