<br />Kustermann Moved, Schrenker Seconded, that the minutes of the
<br />Special Meeting of the Village Council of May 21, 1963, be
<br />approved. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0).

<br />Curley Moved, Goodrich Seconded, that George Ales, 2902 Arona
<br />Street, be granted a 2 foot side yard setback variance. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0).

<br />Goodrich Moved, Kustermann Seconded, that the special use permit
<br />of Rose of Sharon, Inc. be granted and the final plat be approved.

<br />Goodrich Moved, Curley Seconded, that the Attorney be authorized
<br />to institute legal action to require Hr. Kugler to follow through
<br />and complete the conditions provided for in the special use permit
<br />granted for an apartment building at Dionne and Lindy Streets on
<br />January 5, 1962. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0).

<br />Curley Moved, Schrenker Seconded, that the petition to vacate
<br />Tudith Avenue from the East line of Churchill Street to the West
<br />line of Oxford Street be teferred to the Planning Commission for
<br />a report back on June 17, 1963. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0).

<br />Curley Moved, Kustermann Seconded, that the request for special
<br />use permit and variances by A. G. Erickson for property located
<br />at 1450 W. County Road C be referred to the Planning Commission.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0).

<br />Goodrich Moved, Curley Seconded, that the access road on the west
<br />side of Snelling and south of Skillman Avenue be referred to the
<br />State Highway Department for action with the recommendation that
<br />the road be closed. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0).

<br />Kustermann Moved, Curley Seconded, that Mr. Oscar Gottfried
<br />be issued a dumping license with the provision that he fulfills
<br />the conditions set forth by the Village Council relating to the
<br />fencing and supervising of the area. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0).

<br />Curley Moved, Goodrich Seconded, that the Bee-Dale, Inc. request
<br />to rezone property located near T.H. 36 and Rice Street from R-l
<br />to B-1 be referred to the Planning Commission. Roll Call, Ayes (5) -
<br />Nays (0).
<br />
<br />Goodrich Moved, Curley Seconded, that the resolution changing the
<br />Roseville Water Company Franchise to permit F.H.A. financing of
<br />.ouses connected to the water system be adopted. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes (2) - Nays (3). Mayor McGee, Schrenker and Kustermann voting
<br />nay.
