<br />VILLAGE OF r{OSEVILLE <br /> <br />Regular Meeting of the Village Council, June 10, 19630 <br /> <br />The Village Council met on the above date with the following <br />members present: Mayor McGee, Trustees Curley, Goodrich and <br />Schrenkero Absent: Trustee Kustermanno <br /> <br />Goodrich Moved, Curley Seconded, that on Page 1, the insert of <br />the ~inutes of May 27, 1963, should be correctedo Roll Call, <br />Ayes (4) = Nays (0)0 <br /> <br /> <br />Goodrich Moved, Curley Seconded, that the Village Attorney <br />be instructed to draw up an ordinance rezoning the Reinhardt <br />property at County Road B-2 and Dale Street from R-I to R-30 <br />Roll Call, Ayes (4) - Nays (0)0 <br /> <br />Curley Moved, Goodrich Seconded, that the application to <br />vacate that portion of Albermarle Street legally described as <br />follows: <br /> <br />(a) That portion of Albermarle Street measuring a <br />distance 31078 feet at North end and 33 feet on <br />South end, lying North of the Northerly line of <br />Elmer Street and abutting Lots Sixteen (16) through <br />Thirty (30), of Block One (1), Schwarz's Subdivision <br />of part of Lot Sixteen (16), of Thornton's Subdivision <br />of Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4) of Section Thirteen (13), <br />Township Twenty-nine (29), Range Twenty-three (23); <br /> <br />(b) All of that portion of Albermarle Street, being 60 feet <br />wide, lying between North line of Elmer Street and South <br />line of Skillman Avenue extended and abutting on the <br />Westerly side thereof Lots One (1), Two (2) and Three (3) <br />of Block Three (3), Capitol View Terrace; <br /> <br />(c) That Twenty (20 fta) foot alley located North of the <br />North line of Elmer Street in Block One (1), Schwarz's <br />Subdivision of part of Lot Sixteen (16) of Thornton's <br />Subdivision of Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4) of Section <br />Thirteen (13), Township Twenty-nine (29), Range Twenty- <br />three (23) 0 <br /> <br />and to open and extend Skillman Avenue from Albermarle to Rice St. <br />be approved 0 <br /> <br />McGee Moved that the motion be amended to exclude from the vacation <br />all except the East 30 feet of Albermarle as now dedicated from <br />Elmer Street north to the northerly property line of Lot 30, Block 1, <br />Swartz's Subdivisiono Amendment died for lack of secondo <br /> <br />8:00 P,M, <br /> <br />MINUTES <br /> <br />RE INHARDT RE ZON <br /> <br />VACATION OF <br />STREET <br />
