<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Special Meeting of the Village Council, July I, 1963. <br /> <br />8:00 P.M. <br /> <br />The Village Council met on the above date with the following <br />members present: Trustee Curley, Trustee Schrenker and Mayor <br />pro tempore, Kustermann. Absent: Mayor McGee and Trustee <br />Goodrich. <br /> <br />Schrenker Moved, Curley Seconded, that the bids on $1,052,000 <br />in public improvement bonds be opened. Roll Call, Ayes (3) - <br />Nays (0). <br /> <br />BIDS <br /> <br />Schrenker Moved, Curley Seconded, that Resolution No. 784 <br />awarding the sale of $1,052,000 in public improvement bonds <br />to the group headed by the American National Bank be adopted. <br />Roll Call, Ayes (3) - Nays (0). <br /> <br />RESOLUTION <br />NO. 784 <br /> <br />Schrenker Moved, Curley Seconded, that Resolution No. 785 <br />establishing the form and terms of $570,000 Water Improvement <br />Bonds, Series 4, directing the execution and delivery thereof <br />and levying taxes therefor be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes (3) - <br />Nays (0). <br /> <br />RESOLUTION <br />NO. 785 <br /> <br />Schrenker Moved, Curley Seconded, that Resolution No. 786 <br />establishing the form and terms of $206,000 sanitary sewer <br />improvement bonds, Series I, directing the execution and del- <br />ivery thereof and levying taxes therefor be adopted. Roll <br />Call, Ayes (3) - Nays (0). <br /> <br />RESOLUTION <br />NO. 786 <br /> <br />Schrenker Moved, Curley Seconded, that Resolution No. 787 <br />establishing a sinking fund for the payment of general improve- <br />ment bonds and appropriating to that fund taxes and special <br />assessments levied for improvements financed by such bonds be <br />adopted. Roll Call, Ayes (3) - Nays (0). <br /> <br />RESOLUTION <br />NO. 787 <br /> <br />Schrenker Moved, Curley Seconded, that Resolution No. 788 <br />establishing the form and terms of $276,000 general improve- <br />ment bonds, Series I, directing the execution and delivery <br />thereof and levying taxes therefor be adopted. Roll Call, <br />Ayes (3) - Nays (0). <br /> <br />RE SOLUTION <br />NO. 788 <br /> <br />Curley Moved, Schrenker Seconded~ that the Agreement with <br />Ramsey County regarding the acquisition of right-of-way on <br />County Road C between Snelling and Cleveland Avenue be <br />approved, and the acting mayor and clerk be authorized to <br />sign on behalf of the Village. Roll Call, Ayes (3) - Nays (0). <br /> <br />Schrenker Moved, Curley Seconded, that Resolution No. 789 <br />awarding the bid for construction of the street improvement <br />on Long Lake Road, County Road B 2 and St. Croix Street to <br />Palda & Sons, Inc. in the amount of $~79.88~,S4 be adopted <br />with the provision that the contractor not begin work on the <br />section of the road over land owned by Ole Rice until the <br />District Court permits access to the property under the currently <br />pending condemnation proceedings.
