<br />Regular Meeting of the Village Council, July 8, 19630

<br />The Village Council met on the above date with the following
<br />members present: Trustee Curley, Kustermann, Schrenker and
<br />Goodrich. Mayor McGee absent.
<br />
<br />Curley Moved, Kustermann Seconded, that the minutes of the
<br />meeting of June 24, 1963, be approved 0 Roll Call, Ayes (4) ~
<br />Nays (0).

<br />Kustermann Moved, Curley Seconded, that the minutes of the
<br />special meeting of July 1, 1963, be approvedo Roll Call,
<br />Ayes (3)- Nays (0) - Abstentions (1), Goodrich abstaining.
<br />
<br />Curley Moved, Schrenker Seconded, that the request by E. Ho
<br />Steneroden for a corner yard setback variance of 10 feet from
<br />Ryan Avenue at 1970 North Asbury Avenue be granted. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes (4) - Nays (0)0
<br />
<br />Curley Hoved, Schrenker Seconded, that the request for vacation
<br />of Judith Avenue between Churchill Street and Oxford Street
<br />be rejected. Roll Call, Ayes (4) - Nays (0)0
<br />
<br />Jrley Moved, Schrenker Seconded, that Contractor's Estimate
<br />#1, Commerce Street, be paid to the contractor, To A. Schifsky,
<br />in the amount of $14,005.950 Roll Call, Ayes (4) - Nays (0).

<br />Kustermann Moved, Curley Seconded, that the request for a street
<br />light at Fernwood and Draper be approved. Roll Call, Ayes (4) -
<br />Nays (0).

<br />Curley Moved, Kustermann Seconded, that the Clerk be authorized
<br />to issue a draft of the Village of Roseville in the sum of $19.50
<br />made payable to William M. Killeen, Ramsey County Treasurer, in
<br />full payment of the 1962 taxes on Lot A, Block 1, Aladdin Homesites,
<br />Ramsey County, Minnesota. Roll Call, Ayes (4) - Nays (0) 0

<br />Kustermann Moved, Curley Seconded, that the Mayor and Clerk be
<br />authorized to execute the Earnest Money Contract for the acquisition
<br />of Easement No. W-26 calling for a total consideration of $50000
<br />to be paid to James Michael Howard and Joyce Dorothy Howard; and
<br />that the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to execute the earnest money
<br />contract for the acquisition of Easement W-25 calling for a total
<br />consideration of $55000 to be paid to Edward J. Spanovich and
<br />Patricia A. Spanovich, his wife; and the Mayor and Clerk be
<br />authorized to execute the Earnest Money Contract for the acquisition of
<br />Easement W-23, calling for a total consideration of $50.00 to be paid
<br />William R. Bushnell and Ann Bushnell, the owners; and that they also
<br />1 authorized to execute the Earnest Money Contract for the acquisition
<br />cf Easement W-55, calling for a total consideration of $155000 to be
<br />paid to Harry M. Nordby and Junyce Vo Nordby, the owners 0 Roll Call,
