VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE Regular Meeting of the Village Council, July 15,19630 The Village Council met on the above date with the following members present: Mayor McGee, Trustees Curley, Schrenker, Goodrich and Kustermann. Kustermann Moved, Schrenker Seconded, that the minutes of the meeting of July 8, 1963, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes (4) - Nays (0). Abstentions (1), Mayor McGee abstaining. Schrenker Moved, Kustermann Seconded, that a special use permit be granted Alfred G. Erickson for storage of lumber in a concrete shed according to the plan on property located at 1470 W. County Road C which is identified by the initials of Howard Dahlgren, Village Planning Consultant, dated June 14, 1963, with the exception that the 8 foot redwood fence be placed 20 feet in from the south property line rather than on the property line. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). Goodrich Moved, Curley Seconded, that a variance in front yard set- back to allow an 18' 6" setback for Alfred G. Erickson, Jr. property at 1470 W. County Road C be granted. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). Curley Moved, Goodrich Seconded, that application of Berglund Con- ':ruction Company for variance in bui Iding setback requirements on property located on County Road C between Snelling Avenue and Hamline Avenue be granted for a five foot front yard setback, 15 foot side yard setback and 58.8 rear setback; and that a variance to density requirements be granted to allow a building to land ratio of .394 on the condition the applicant construct and maintain an eight foot high redwood fence which is to be 100% opaque along the south property line and along the east and west property lines a distance of 58.8 feet from south property line. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0) 0 Schrenker Moved, Kustermann Seconded, that the property owners involved in the area of Hamline Avenue and Highway No. 36, which '~ould be Wallgren, Elling and Dr. Blomberg be requested to get together with a committee of the Council and Village representatives to set the road pattern at 8:00 p.m., Friday, July 19, 1963. Goodrich Moved, Schrenker Seconded, that the Village Administrator and the Chief of the Fire Department be authorized to write speci- fications for purchase of Mobile Radio Equipment for the Fire Depart- ment. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0)0 Goodrich Moved, Kustermann Seconded, that the Village of Roseville pay to the contractor who clears the weeds on Lake Owasso a sum, after having cleared the weeds, not to exceed $280.00 based on a -~arge of 35~ a foot of lakeshore.
