<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Regular Meeting of the Village Council, July 15,19630 <br /> <br />The Village Council met on the above date with the following <br />members present: Mayor McGee, Trustees Curley, Schrenker, <br />Goodrich and Kustermann. <br /> <br />Kustermann Moved, Schrenker Seconded, that the minutes of the <br />meeting of July 8, 1963, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes (4) - <br />Nays (0). Abstentions (1), Mayor McGee abstaining. <br /> <br />Schrenker Moved, Kustermann Seconded, that a special use permit <br />be granted Alfred G. Erickson for storage of lumber in a concrete <br />shed according to the plan on property located at 1470 W. County <br />Road C which is identified by the initials of Howard Dahlgren, <br />Village Planning Consultant, dated June 14, 1963, with the exception <br />that the 8 foot redwood fence be placed 20 feet in from the south <br />property line rather than on the property line. Roll Call, <br />Ayes (5) - Nays (0). <br /> <br />Goodrich Moved, Curley Seconded, that a variance in front yard set- <br />back to allow an 18' 6" setback for Alfred G. Erickson, Jr. property <br />at 1470 W. County Road C be granted. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). <br /> <br />Curley Moved, Goodrich Seconded, that application of Berglund Con- <br />':ruction Company for variance in bui Iding setback requirements on <br />property located on County Road C between Snelling Avenue and Hamline <br />Avenue be granted for a five foot front yard setback, 15 foot side <br />yard setback and 58.8 rear setback; and that a variance to density <br />requirements be granted to allow a building to land ratio of .394 on <br />the condition the applicant construct and maintain an eight foot high <br />redwood fence which is to be 100% opaque along the south property line <br />and along the east and west property lines a distance of 58.8 feet from <br />south property line. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0) 0 <br /> <br />Schrenker Moved, Kustermann Seconded, that the property owners involved <br />in the area of Hamline Avenue and Highway No. 36, which '~ould be <br />Wallgren, Elling and Dr. Blomberg be requested to get together with a <br />committee of the Council and Village representatives to set the road <br />pattern at 8:00 p.m., Friday, July 19, 1963. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - <br />Nays (0). <br /> <br />Goodrich Moved, Schrenker Seconded, that the Village Administrator <br />and the Chief of the Fire Department be authorized to write speci- <br />fications for purchase of Mobile Radio Equipment for the Fire Depart- <br />ment. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0)0 <br /> <br />Goodrich Moved, Kustermann Seconded, that the Village of Roseville <br />pay to the contractor who clears the weeds on Lake Owasso a sum, <br />after having cleared the weeds, not to exceed $280.00 based on a <br />-~arge of 35~ a foot of lakeshore.
