<br />Regular Meeting of the Village Council, August 26, 1963.
<br />
<br />The Village Council met on the above date with the following
<br />members present: Mayor McGee, Trustees Curley, Goodrich,
<br />Kustermann and Schrenker.
<br />
<br />Curley Moved, Goodrich Seconded, that the minutes of the meetings
<br />of August 5 and August 12, 1963, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes (4)
<br />Nays (0) c Abstentions (1), Trustee Schrenker abstaining.
<br />
<br />Kustermann Moved, Goodrich Seconded, that the request for rezoning
<br />by E. B, Isaksen for property located at 2860 Snelling Avenue from
<br />B 1 to B 3 be denied. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0).
<br />
<br />Goodrich Moved, Kustermann Seconded, that the variance fee of $25
<br />be returned to Hr. and Mrs. William Olson, 1911 Dellwood Avenue,
<br />as the application was made in error, Roll Call, Ayes (5) -
<br />Nays (0).

<br />Schrenker ~loved, Goodrich Seconded, that the letter dated August 23,
<br />1963 from the attorney representing the II/i1liarn Olson request for
<br />variance to conduct a dance studio at 1911 Dellwood Avenue, request-
<br />ing withdrawal of the request be placed on file. Roll Call, Ayes (5)
<br />Nays (0).

<br />Schrenker ~Ioved, Kustermann Seconded, that the request for subc
<br />division of lot near the intersection of Laurie Road and ~1arion
<br />Road be held over until September 9, 1963; and that the Engineer
<br />check the drainage. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0),
<br />
<br />Goodrich Moved, Curley Seconded, that a public hearing be
<br />established for the Louis Borash petition to vacate .Judi th Avenue
<br />between Oxford and Chatsworth for September 16, 1963, Roll Call,
<br />Ayes (5) - Nays (0).
<br />
<br />Kustermann Moved, Goodrich Seconded, that the bid for radio
<br />equipment for the Fire Department be awarded ~lotorola Communication
<br />and Electronics, Inc, in the amount of $6,335.75 on the condition
<br />that the bill not be rendered until after the first of the year.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0).
