<br />Regular Meeting of the Village Council, September 16, 1963.

<br />The Village Council met on the above date with the following members
<br />present: Mayor McGee, Trustees Curley, Goodrich, Kustermann and
<br />Schrenker.
<br />
<br />Goodrich Moved, Kustermann Seconded, that the minutes be approved
<br />with the deletion of the Banister Engineering bill for $18,176.00.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0).
<br />
<br />Goodrich Moved, Schrenker Seconded, that the final plat of
<br />Tschida Owasso Hills Plat #2 be approved subject to the attorney's
<br />approval of the abstract and the easements for sewer. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes (5) - Nays (0).
<br />
<br />Schrenker Moved, Kustermann Seconded, that public hearing on
<br />vacation of Judith Avenue between Oxford Street and Churchill
<br />Street be continued until September 30, 1963. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes (5) - Nays (0).

<br />Kustermann Moved, Schrenker Seconded, that Resolution No. 832,
<br />regarding the development and naming of Park Site 15, be adopted.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes (5)- Nays (0).

<br />Schrenker Moved, Goodrich Seconded, that revision of Park Site
<br />No. 36 be held over until the next regular meeting of the Council
<br />which is September 30,1963. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0).

<br />Curley Moved, Goodrich Seconded, that the Mayor and Clerk be
<br />authorized to execute earnest money contracts on MSA #7 and slope
<br />easement No. 6 of County Road B-2, Long Lake Road Improvement,
<br />calling for a consideration of $2,230, and sewer easement U-500l
<br />calling for a consideration of $10.00. Roll Call, Ayes (5) -
<br />Nays (0).

<br />Schrenker Moved, Kustermann Seconded, that the consulting engineer
<br />be requested to draw up the change order to allow water main
<br />installation as requested on the north shoulder of the road in
<br />Loren Acres #1 Addition. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0).
<br />
<br />Goodrich Moved, Kustermann Seconded, that Resolution No. 833
<br />granting permission to Sheldon Rubenstein to relocate a portion
<br />of sanitary sewer be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0).
<br />
<br />Schrenker Moved, Curley Seconded, that the request for rezoning
<br />of a lot by Kermit and Olga Foss, 965 Sherren Street, from R-l to
<br />R-2 be set for public hearing on October 7, 1963. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes (5) - Nays (0).
