-2- ere being no one else wishing to be heard, Councilman Goodrich ~ntroduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: Goodrich Moved, Schrenker Seconded, that Resolution No. 843 amending assessments for Water Improvement No. 62-1 be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). Goodrich Moved, Schrenker Seconded, that Resolution No. 844 adopting and confirming assessments for Water Improvement No. 62-1 be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0)0 Whereupon the Assessment Hearing for Water Improvement No. 62-1 was closed. The Mayor called the meeting open for consideration of the pro- posed assessment for Water Improvement 63-3, which meeting had been continued from October 8, 1963. All persons present were then given an opportunity to present oral objections, and all such objections were tabulated as follows: Name Property Nature of Objection Mr. Thomas Wi llmus 3061 North Hamline Mr. Willmus appeared and asked for explanation of the principles being applied in the ;sessment roll and any possible amendments.
