Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0)0 <br /> <br />Whereupon the Assessment Hearing for Water Improvement No. 62-1 <br />was closed. <br /> <br />The Mayor called the meeting open for consideration of the pro- <br />posed assessment for Water Improvement 63-3, which meeting had <br />been continued from October 8, 1963.
