<br />-2- <br /> <br />ere being no one else wishing to be heard, Councilman Goodrich <br />~ntroduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Goodrich Moved, Schrenker Seconded, that Resolution No. 843 <br />amending assessments for Water Improvement No. 62-1 be adopted. <br />Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). <br /> <br />Goodrich Moved, Schrenker Seconded, that Resolution No. 844 <br />adopting and confirming assessments for Water Improvement No. <br />62-1 be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0)0 <br /> <br />Whereupon the Assessment Hearing for Water Improvement No. 62-1 <br />was closed. <br /> <br />The Mayor called the meeting open for consideration of the pro- <br />posed assessment for Water Improvement 63-3, which meeting had <br />been continued from October 8, 1963. All persons present were <br />then given an opportunity to present oral objections, and all such <br />objections were tabulated as follows: <br /> <br />Name <br /> <br />Property <br /> <br />Nature of Objection <br /> <br />Mr. Thomas Wi llmus <br /> <br />3061 North Hamline Mr. Willmus appeared <br /> <br />and asked for explanation of the principles being applied in the <br />;sessment roll and any possible amendments. <br /> <br />There being no one else wishing to be heard, Councilman Schrenker <br />introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Schrenker Moved, Kustermann Seconded, that Resolution No. 845 <br />amending assessments for Water Improvement No. 63-3 be adopted. <br />Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). <br /> <br />Schrenker Moved, Kustermann Seconded, that Resolution No. 846 <br />adopting and confirming assessments for Water Improvement No. <br />63-3 be adopted.
