<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Regular Meeting of the Village Council, November 4, 1963. <br /> <br />8:00 P.M. <br /> <br />The Village Council met on the above date with the following <br />members present: Mayor McGee, Trustees Curley, Goodrich, <br />Schrenker and Kustermanno <br /> <br />Goodrich Moved, Curley Seconded, that the minutes of the meeting <br />of October 28, 1963 be approvedo Roll Call, Ayes (5) ~ Nays (0)0 <br /> <br />MINUTES <br /> <br />Mayor McGee made the following proclamation: <br /> <br />VETERANS DAY .. 1963 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, President John Fo Kennedy of the United States, has <br />asked that November 11, 1963, be observed as Veterans <br />Day, the. day on which we salute citizens who have <br />exemplified the highest tradition of citizenship by <br />serving in defense of this Nation, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Governor Karl Fo Rolvaag, of the State of Minnesota, has <br />further requested all of the citizens of the State of <br />Minnesota to observe Monday, November 11, 1963, as Veterans <br />Day; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Veterans Day is traditionally a day dedicated to peace, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Americans have always wanted peace, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Peace ~it.h Honor lies at the very heart of our American <br />principles, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, I Richard McGee, Mayor of the Village of Roseville, do <br />hereby call on all citizens of the Village of Roseville to <br />observe Monday, November 11, 1963, as Veterans Dayo I request <br />all citizens, all business enterprises, all veterans organizations <br />city officials, and schools, to commemorate Veterans Day by per.. <br />forming publicly with appropriate rites in accordance with the <br />permanent Veterans Day theme, "Peace with Honor". <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />;< <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />;< <br /> <br />;< <br /> <br />;< <br /> <br />;< <br /> <br />1< <br /> <br />;< <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />;< <br /> <br />*' <br /> <br />Schrenker Moved, Goodrich Seconded, that the Bee=Dale, Inc. <br />public hearing be continued until November 18, 1963, and that <br />Robert Ao Gearin be asked to notify adjoining property owners in <br />writing of the hearing date as he offered to doo Roll Call, <br />Ayes (5) - Nays (0). <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARING <br />BEE..DALE, INCa <br /> <br />Schrenker Moved, Kustermann Seconded, that on the Plumbing Inspector's <br />- ~commendation a plumbing code variance on the location of a well <br />chin 15 feet of a water line be granted Leonard Moeller, 2555 <br />uellwood, providing the well is double casedo Roll Call, Ayes (5) = <br />Nays (0)0 <br /> <br />LEONARD MOELLER <br />WELL VARIANCE <br />
