<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Regular Heeting of the Village Council, November 18, 1963. <br /> <br />The Village Council met on the above date with the following <br />members present: Trustees Goodrich, Curley, Kustermann and <br />Schrenker. Absent: Hayor HcGee. <br /> <br />Curley Hoved, Kustermann Seconded, that the minutes of the <br />regular meeting of November 4, 1963 be approved. Roll Call, <br />Ayes (4) - Nays (0). <br /> <br />Curley Hoved, Schrenker Seconded, that the minutes of the <br />special meeting of November 6, 1963, be approved. Roll Call, <br />Ayes (3) - Nays (0) - Abstention (1), Trustee Kustermann <br />abstaining. <br /> <br />Curley Moved, Schrenker Seconded, that the Village Attorney <br />be instructed to prepare an ordinance rezoning property located <br />at T.Il. 36 and Rice Street from R-l to B-1 for the specific <br />purpose of constructing a nursing home. Roll Call, Ayes (4) - <br />Nays (0). <br /> <br />Curley Moved, Kustermann Seconded, that the petition for street <br />light at Shryer and Dellwood be approved. Roll Call, Ayes (4) - <br />Nays (0). <br /> <br />Schrenker Moved, Kustermann Seconded, that Dellwood between <br />Shryer and Skillman be barricaded so that traffic cannot get <br />through. Roll Call, Ayes (4) - Nays (0). <br /> <br />Schrenker Moved, Curley Seconded, that the Clerk be authorized <br />to draw up letter and have the Mayor sign it and send to Arden <br />Hills. Roll Call, Ayes (4) - Nays (0). <br /> <br />Curley Moved, Schrenker Seconded, that Resolution No. <br />Resolution No. 589 and allowing lawful connections be <br />Minnesota Water Company to existing mains be adopted. <br />Ayes (3) - Nays (1), Trustee Kustermann voting nay. <br /> <br />870 voiding <br />made by the <br />Roll Call, <br /> <br />Curley Hoved, Schrenker Seconded, that the Mayor and Clerk execute <br />earnest money contracts on part of Water Project 63-3 for the <br />following easements and for the following amounts: W-I019 - $150; <br />W-I020 - $375; W-l02l - $600; W-l022 - $650; W-I023 - $450; W-l025 <br />$650. Roll Call, Ayes (4) - Nays (0). <br /> <br />Kustermann Moved, Schrenker Seconded, that Ordinance No. 405 <br />establishing licensing of amusement machines be adopted. Roll <br />Call, Ayes (4) - Nays (0). <br /> <br />Curley Moved, Kustermann Seconded, that Ordinance No. 406 establish- <br />ing license fees of $35.00 for the first two machines and $35.00 for <br />each machine over two be adopted.
