<br />The Village Council met on the above date with the following
<br />members present: Mayor ~~Gee, Trustees Goodrich, Kustermann
<br />and Schrenker. Absent: Trustee Curley,
<br />
<br />Kustermann ~foved, Schrenker Seconded, that the minutes of the
<br />meeting of November 18, 1963 be approved. Roll Call, Ayes (3) -
<br />Nays (0) - Abstentions (1), Mayor HcGee abstaining.
<br />
<br />Goodrich Hoved, Kustermann Seconded, that the public hearing
<br />for the vacation of Albermarle Street which was oripinally
<br />established for November 25, but then cancelled because of a
<br />day of national mourning, be re-established for December 23,
<br />1963. Roll Call, Ayes (4) - Nays (0).

<br />Schrenker Hoved, Goodrich Seconded, that the bids on the police
<br />vehicles be rejected because of receiving only one bid; and
<br />that they be readvertised for bid opening at 11: 30 A.~I"
<br />December 23, 1963, and they be opened by the Administrator and
<br />Administrative Assistant. Roll Call, Ayes (3) - Nays (1),
<br />Trustee Kustermann voting nay.

<br />accepted from .Joe Rosenthal Ford of Elk River for a total cost
<br />of $1,588.00. Roll Call, Ayes (3) - Nays (1), Trustee Kuster-
<br />mann voting nay.
