<br />VI LLAGE OF ROSE \TILLE <br /> <br />Regular ~reeting of the Village Council, December 23, 19630 <br /> <br />The Village Council met on the above date with the following <br />members present: Mayor McGee, Trustees Kustermann, Curley and <br />Schrenker. Trustee Goodrich absent. <br /> <br />Schrenker Moved, Kustermann Seconded, that the minutes of the <br />meeting of December 9, 1963, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes (3) . <br />Nays (0) . Abstentions (1), Trustee Curley abstaining. <br /> <br />Schrenker Hoved, Kustermann Seconded, that the vacation of <br />Albermarle Street be denied. Roll Call, Ayes (3) . Nays (1), <br />Trustee Curley voting nay. <br /> <br />Schrenker Moved, Kustermann Seconded, that the dump license of <br />Oscar Gottfried be revoked. and that he can bring up a request <br />for a new license before the next Council for them to make nec- <br />essary agreements to insure he will live up to the o~dinance. <br />Roll Call, Ayes (3) . Nays (1), Trustee Curley voting nay. <br /> <br />Curley ~1oved, Kustermann Seconded, that the public hearing for <br />Oakridge Lane Addition Final Plat be held on January 13, 1964. <br />Roll Call, Ayes (4) - Nays (0). <br /> <br />Schrenker Hoved, Kustermann Seconded, that the bid on police <br />vehicles be awarded as follows: <br /> <br />Ron Saxon Ford 2 Police Station Wagons with trade-in <br />net price $2,714.00 - low bid <br /> <br />Midway Ford 1 Sedan $1,438.00 with trade-in. low bid <br /> <br />Midway Ford 1 Station Wagon $2,650.00 . no trade in - low bid <br /> <br />Bid List <br /> <br /> ( 1) ( 1) (2) <br /> Station Less Net Stat ion Less Net <br />Police Cars Wagon Sedan Trade Price Wagons Trade Pri ce <br />Ron Saxon Ford 2,717 1,940 350 1,590 5,334 2,620 2,714.00 <br />Midway Ford 2,650 2,088 650 1,438 5,300 2,310 2,990.00 <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes (4) .
