<br />The Village Council met on the above date with the following
<br />mernbers present: Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Goodrich, Curley,

<br />Goodrich Moved, Grauel Seconded, that the minutes of the meeting
<br />of Decernber 23, 1963, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes (5) -
<br />Nays (0).

<br />Shields Moved, Grauel Seconded, that the minutes of the meeting
<br />of January 2, 1964, be approved as corrected. Roll Call,

<br />that the meeting be adjourned at 9:12 p.m. Roll Call, Ayes (5) -

<br />Shields Moved, Curley Seconded, that Pioneer Power, Inc. be
<br />awarded the bid for remodelling the Village Hall heating system
<br />at the price of $225.00; and that Tieso Electric be authorized
<br />to do the electrical work at $75.00. Roll Call, Ayes (5) -

<br />Curley Moved, Grauel Seconded, that pursuant to the earnest money
<br />contracts previously entered into, the Village acquire water
<br />easements W-I008, W-I009, W-IOI5 and W-I020, on Water Project
<br />63-3 by paying the amount and persons set forth in the Village
<br />Attorney's letter of December 23, 1963. Roll Call, Ayes (5) -

<br />Goodrich Moved, Shields Seconded, fhat the ~1ayor and Clerk be
<br />authorized to execute an agreement to acquire 2/9ths interest in
<br />Sanitary Sewer Easement No, 1451 from Arthur L. Gluek, Adminis-
<br />trator c.t.a, of the Estate of Carrie Swahn, Deceased, subject to
<br />the approval of the Hennepin County Probate Court. The consider-
<br />ation for said agreement shall be the sum of Eight Hundred Eighty-
