VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE Regular Meeting of the Village Council, January 13, 1964~ 7: 3Q p. M. The Village Council met on the above date with the following members present: Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Goodrich, Curley and Grauel. Absent: Trustee Shields~ Curley Moved, Goodrich Seconded, that the minutes of the meeting of January 6, 1964, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes (4) - Nays (0). mNUTES Goodrich Moved, Grauel Seconded, that the Oakridge Lane Addition Plat be approved, subject to the attorney's approval of the title, the engineer's approval of the utility easement dedications, and the completion of Oakridge Lane to village standards. Roll Call, Ayes (4) - Nays (0). OAKRIDGE LANE ADDITION PLAT Curley Moved, Grauel Seconded, that the letter from the League of Women Voters dated January 4, 1964, be placed on file. Roll Call, Ayes (4) - Nays (O)~ LEAGUE OF WOMEN VOTERS Curley Moved, Grauel Seconded, that the request of Harlan Graydon for rezoning of lots at 2901 and 3020 Highway 8, and variance on 2901 Highway 8 be referred to the Planning Comm- ission. Roll Call, Ayes (4) - Nays (0). Goodrich Moved, Curley Seconded, that request for subdivision of land by Lentsch Company at 2893 N. Victoria be approved subject to the dedication of 10 feet of right-of-way to the village, and approval by the Village Attorney. DIVISION OF LOT Goodrich withdrew motion and Curley withdrew second. Grauel Moved, Curley Seconded, that the council deny the request of the Lentsch Company, Inc. for subdivision of lot at 2893 N. Victoria Street. Roll Call, Ayes (4) - Nays (0). Curley Moved, Goodrich Seconded, that Resolution No. 904 relating to apportionment of assessments relating to Water Improvement No. 62-1 be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes (4) - Nays (0). RESOLUTION NO. 904 Curley Moved, Goodrich Seconded, that Resolution No. 905 relating to apportionment of assessments relating to Sanitary Sewer Improvement No. I be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes (4) - Nays (0). RESOLUTION NO. 90S Goodrich ~1oved, Curley Seconded, that Resolution No. 906 denying vacation of Judith Avenue between Oxford Street and Churchill Street be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes (4) - Nays (0). RESOLUTION NO. 906 Mayor Cedarholm appointed Trustees Curley and Goodrich to a council committee to study and make recommendations on employees' hospitalization coverage.
