VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE Regular Meeting of the Village Council, February 3, 19640 7:30 P.M. The Village Council met on the above date with the following members present: Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Curley, Goodrich, Grauel and Shields. Shields Moved, Grauel Seconded, that the minutes of the meete ing of January 20, 1964 be approved a Roll Call, Ayes (5) = Nays (0). t-fI NUTE S Grauel Moved, Goodrich Seconded, that the petition submitted by Clifford Lund for the vacation of a portion of Albermarle Street, which is 33 feet in width at its intersection at Elmer and goes in a rectangular shape to a width of 31.78 feet to the north and alley north of Elmer Street be vacated. and that the Attorney draw up a resolution to this effect. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). VACATION OF ALBERM4.RLE STREET Goodrich Moved, Curley Seconded, that the Naiditsch special use permit be granted for construction of two 23~unit apart= ment buildings in a B~l area located on the northeast corner of Albermarle Street and Skillman Avenue extended, with the following conditions: NAIDITSCH SPECIAL USE PERMIT 1. The buildings be brick faced 2. Access and egress to the parking area for the building shall be from Rice Street 3. Landscaping of the area fronting on Albermarle Street be in accordance with the recommendation of the Planning Commission, as shown in site plan titled "Proposed Pool Area Treatment for Apartments in 'Roseville, MinnesotaO g'9 prepared by Landscape Architect Associates, Herb Bauldin, Landscape Architect, May, 1963, which is on file in the office of the Village Clerk. Curley ~1oved, Goodrich Seconded, that the Attorney draw up a resolution vacating Rose Mall from Pascal Avenue to Albert Street and Pascal Avenue from Commerce Street to TaHa 36. and that the Zimmerman Realty Company prepare a quit claim deed for the dedication of right~of=way for Commerce Street from Pascal Avenue to Albert Streeta Roll Call, Ayes (5) = Nays (0)0 VA.CATION OF ROSE MALL Shields Moved, Grauel Seconded, that the application of Clifford Lund to rezone property located on the southwest corner of Elmer and Rice Streets from 8=1 to 8=3 be referred to the Planning Commission. Roll Call, Ayes (5) = Nays (0). PLANNING COMMISSION Shields Moved, Grauel Seconded, that the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to execute a quit claim deed to Northern Pacific Railway, releasing the right=of=way easement dated October 6, 1952, over the Long Lake Road = Northern Pacific crossin~a Roll Call, Ayes (5) = Nays (0).
