<br />in a study of St. Paul sewer rates by Greely and Hansen, Engineers,
<br />Chicago, Illinois, to the extent 37% of the total cost (total not
<br />to exceed $15,000) be approved; and that the Village Administrator,
<br />Village Attorney, and Consulting Engineer be authorized to draft
<br />up the necessary contract with Greeley and Hansen, Engineers; and
<br />further that the Administrator, Attorney and Consulting Engineer be
<br />authorized to contact St. Anthony, Shoreview, and Arden Hills for
<br />possible participation in Roseville's share of the cost of the
