<br />NEIGHBORHOOD 68: Alameda street, Stuber Road to Roma Avenue; Alta vista <br />Drive, Stuber Road to Dale Street; Roma Avenue, <br />Alameda Street to Alta vista Drive; Stuber Road, <br />Alameda Street to Alta vista Drive; st. Albans, <br />Larpenteur Avenue to cul-de-sac; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve that portion of the City of Roseville <br />described below by the installation of bituminous paving, concrete curb <br />and gutter, storm sewer, and necessary appurtenances, and to assess the <br />benefited property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement <br />pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, section 429.011 to 429.111: <br /> <br />Skillman Avenue from Hamline Avenue to Lexington Avenue <br /> <br />Since all of the reconstruction projects will be consolidated into one <br />assessment rate as per the Pavement Management policy, all of the above <br />mentioned projects with the exceptions of Skillman Avenue from Hamline <br />to Lexington, which is an M.S.A. street, will be identified as P-91-02. <br />Skillman Avenue will be identified as P-91-03. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, Minnesota as follows: <br /> <br />1. The five neighborhoods specified in the attached drawing are hereby <br />approved for inclusion in the 1991 Pavement Management Program. <br /> <br />2. The proposed improvements are referred to the City Public Works <br />Director for study and he is instructed to report to the Council <br />with all convenient speed, advising the Council in a preliminary <br />was as to whether they should best be made as proposed or in <br />connection with some other improvements, and the estimated cost of <br />the improvements as recommended. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Councilperson Cushman and upon vote being taken thereon, the <br />following voted in favor thereof: Kehr, Cushman, Johnson, and Rog, <br />and the following voted against the same: None. <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />SS <br /> <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> <br />I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified City Manager of the <br />City of Roseville, Minnesota, do hereby certify that I have carefully <br />compared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a regular <br />meeting of the City Council of said City held on the 27th day of <br />August, 1990, with the original thereof on file in my office, and the <br />same is a full, true, and complete transcript insofar as the same <br />relates to Improvement No. P-91-02 and P-91-03. <br /> <br />Adopted by the council this 27th day of August, 1990. <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />City Manager <br />
