<br />Regular Meeting of the Village Council, March 16, 1964.
<br />
<br />The Village Council met on the above date with the following
<br />members present: Acting Mayor Goodrich, Trustees Curley,
<br />Grauel and Shields. Absent: Mayor Cedarholm.
<br />
<br />Grauel Moved, Shields Seconded, that the minutes of the meeting
<br />of March 9, 1964, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes (4) - Nays (0).
<br />
<br />Shields Moved, Curley Seconded, that road restrictions become
<br />effective March 16, 1964. Roll Call, Ayes (4) - Nays (0).
<br />
<br />Shields Moved, Curley Seconded, that the request for vacation
<br />of a section of Asbury Street and release of utilities easements
<br />by Centennial Methodist Church be referred to the Planning
<br />Commission; and that the utility easement release be referred
<br />to the Engineer and Consulting Engineer for recommendation.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes (4) - Nays (0).

<br />Grauel Moved, Shields Seconded, that Ordinance No. 413 amending
<br />paragraph 250.20 of Personnel Ordinance by adding Section 250,021
<br />be adopted, Roll Call, Ayes (4) - Nays (0),
<br />
<br />Grauel Moved, Curley Seconded, that publication of the Police
<br />Handbook be authorized, containing the specifications listed in
<br />the Administrative Assistant's letter of March 12, 1964. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes (4) - Nays (0).

<br />Curley Moved, Shields Seconded, that the Village pay Henry E. ~,1iller
<br />and Theresa Miller the sum of $791.16 for Park Site 17 J and pay
<br />$203.84 to the Ramsey County Treasurer for 1964 taxes pursuant to
<br />the earnest money contract of January 23, 1964, upon said owners
<br />executing a warranty deed and such other documents as meet the
<br />approval of the Village Attorney, Roll Call, Ayes (4) - Nays (0).

<br />Curley Moved, Grauel Seconded, that the letter dated March 12,
<br />1964, from Deane R. Anklan, County Engineer, regarding Dale Street
<br />and the matter of the utilities on the road be referred to our
<br />Village and Consulting Engineer for a recommendation on what
<br />possible plans the Village may have as to storm sewers, water,
<br />et cetera in this section of roadway. Roll Call, Ayes (4) -
<br />Nays (0).

<br />Curley Hoved, Shields Seconded, that Resolution No. 924 regarding
<br />the Government Study Committee be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes (4) -
<br />Nays (0).

<br />Shields Moved. Curley Seconded, that request of Marvin E, Bullick
<br />for rezoning of land a~ County Road C and Victoria from R-l to B-1
<br />be referred to the Planning Commission, Roll Call, Ayes (4) -
<br />Nays (0).
