<br />Regular Meeting of the Village Council, April 6, 1964,
<br />
<br />The Village Council met on the above date with the following
<br />members present: Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Curley, Goodrich,
<br />Grauel and Shields,
<br />
<br />Curley Moved, Goodrich Seconded, that the minutes of the regular
<br />meeting of March 16, 1964, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes (5) -
<br />Nays (0).
<br />
<br />Shields Moved, Grauel Seconded, that the minutes of the special
<br />meeting of March 30, 1964, be approved, Roll Call, Ayes (5) -
<br />Nays (0).
<br />
<br />Grauel Moved, Shields Seconded, that the minutes of the special
<br />meeting of April 2, 1964, be approved, Roll Call, Ayes (5) -
<br />Nays (0).
<br />
<br />Shields Moved, Curley Seconded, that public hearing on the
<br />Mr. Donut sign variance be continued to the meeting of
<br />April 13, 1964, Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0).
<br />
<br />Goodrich Moved, Grauel Seconded, that the public hearing on the
<br />Garley Construction Company special use permit and variance
<br />be continued until April 13, 1964. Roll Call, Ayes (5) -
<br />Nays (0).
<br />
<br />Shields Moved, Curley Seconded, that the front yard setback variance
<br />from 100 feet to 60 feet requested by McGough Construction Company
<br />for property located at 2737 North Fairview Avenue be approved with
<br />the condition that the north 30 feet of the property be dedicated
<br />for a road. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0).
<br />
<br />Mayor Cedarholm appointed Trustees Curley and Goodrich as a Council
<br />Committee to work with the Village Attorney, Mr. Daubney and
<br />Mr. Loftsgaarden on the amendment of Ordinance No. 408. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes (5) - Nays (0).

<br />Curley ~1oved, Grauel Seconded, that the public hearing for the
<br />Marvin Bullick rezoning request be established for May 11, 1964.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0).
<br />
<br />Shields Moved, Grauel Seconded, that public hearings be established
<br />for May 4, 1964, on the following requests: Keller Corporation,
<br />special use permit and rezoning of property located at the southwest
<br />corner of County Road Band Hamline Avenue; Special Use Permit for
<br />property located at 2279 N. Hamline Avenue; rezoning of property
<br />located at 2974 N. Snelling Avenue, rezoning for property lOCated
<br />at 1357 W. County Road B; rezoning for property located at 1890
<br />N. Lexington Avenue and approval of OWassodale Final Plat. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0).
