<br />deration Keller's request for the establishment of a radio antenna on

<br />an abatement application on the land owned by the Minnesota Water Com-

<br />Curley Moved, Grauel Seconded, that pursuant to the earnest money
<br />Contract previously entered into, the Village of Roseville pay to
<br />Melvin Heiner and Margaret Heiner, husband and wife, the sum of
<br />$20,449.06, upon receiving warranty deed from said owners and quit
<br />claim deed from the former owners releasing certain restrictions on
<br />the property all to meet with the approval of the Village Attorney.
