<br />deration Keller's request for the establishment of a radio antenna on

<br />Goodrich Moved, Grauel Seconded, that the Clerk be authorized to sign
<br />an abatement application on the land owned by the Minnesota Water Com-

<br />Curley Moved, Grauel Seconded, that pursuant to the earnest money
<br />Contract previously entered into, the Village of Roseville pay to
<br />Melvin Heiner and Margaret Heiner, husband and wife, the sum of
<br />$20,449.06, upon receiving warranty deed from said owners and quit
<br />claim deed from the former owners releasing certain restrictions on
<br />the property all to meet with the approval of the Village Attorney.

<br />to execute earnest money contracts on the following park sites for

<br />l7AA - $1200; l7CC - $200; 1700 - $6300; l7EE - $6500; 1711 - $1000;
<br />l7LL - $6500. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0).
