<br />a United States corporation, the sum of $9,995.00 as and for payment
<br />in full for Park Site No. l7-K, upon the Church furnishing a warranty
<br />deed and such other documents as meet the approval of the Village

<br />County Treasurer the sum of $528.46 for taxes payable in 1964,
<br />upon the owner tendering to the Village of Roseville a warranty deed
<br />which meets the approval of the Roseville Village Attorney. Roll
