VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE Regular Meeting of the Village Council, June 8, 1964. 7:30 P.M. The Village Council met on the above date with the following members present: Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Goodrich, Curley, and Grauel. Absent: Trustee Shields. Grauel Moved, Goodrich Seconded, that the minutes of the regular meeting of June I, 1964, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes (4) - Nays (0). MINUTES Curley Moved, Grauel Seconded, that Resolution No. 973 ordering Street Improvement 64-1 be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes (4) - Nays (0). RESOLUTION NO. 973 Goodrich Moved, Curley Seconded, that the public hearing on vacation of Asbury and release of utility easements be continued until June IS, 1964. Roll Call, Ayes (4) - Nays (0). PUBLIC HEARING ASBURY STREET Grauel Moved, Goodrich Seconded, that Twin Realty, Maurice Goldman, request for a planned development, special use permit and variance to the density requirement on property located on the southwest corner of Snelling Avenue and T.ll. 36 be approved subject to the dedication of a 50 foot road on the property as shown on the plan, and the grading and construction of that road to Village specifications by the applicant at his own full cost and expense. Roll Call, Ayes (4) - Nays (0). TWIN REALTY (GOLDMAN) Curley Moved, Goodrich Seconded, that Edward Widerski's request for special use permit for the construction of a drive in at the southwest corner of South HcCarrons Boulevard and Rice Street be approved on the conditions that 1) a landscaping plan be submitted, 2) a bond be posted for performance of screening requirements, 3) the curb cut be decreased on McCarrons Boulevard from 60 feet to 22 feet and 4) the proposed sign plan be submitted to the next Planning Commission meeting. Roll Call, Ayes (4) - Nays (0). WIDERSKI SPECIAL USE PE Rr.n T Grauel Moved, Goodrich Seconded, that a building permit be granted Edward Widerski for Rice Street and South McCarrons Blvd.; and that the permit be subject to the conditions as stated in the Planning Commiccion recommendation of June 4, 1964. Roll Call, Ayes (4) - Nays (0). WIDERSKI BUILDING PE RMI T Goodrich Moved, Curley Seconded, that the Hart Motor request for rezoning and special use permit on property located at the north- east corner of Long Lake Road and County Road B-2 be granted with the condition that petitioner conforms with the setback and screen- ing as provided in the 1-2 classification of the ordinance.
