Absent: Trustee Curley. <br /> <br />Grauel Moved, Shields Seconded, that the minutes of the regular <br />meeting of July 13, 1964, be approved. Roll CallD Ayes (3) - <br />Nays (0) - Abstentions (I), Trustee Goodrich abstaining. <br /> <br />Shields Moved, Grauel Seconded, that the minutes of the special <br />meeting of July 17, 1964, be approved. Roll CallD Ayes (3) - <br />Nays (0) - Abstentions (I), Trustee Goodrich abstaining. <br /> <br />Shields Moved, Grauel Seconded, that the request for building <br />permit at 1245 Josephine Road be denied. Roll Call, Ayes (4) - <br />Nays (0). <br /> <br />Grauel Moved, Shields Seconded, that the application submitted <br />by Cyril Sheehy for rezoning of property near County Road D <br />and Lexington Avenue be referred back to the Planning Commission <br />for further recommendation; and that the public hearing be <br />continued until August 17, 1964. Roll Call, Ayes (4) - Nays (0). <br /> <br />Shields Moved, Goodrich Seconded, that the petition for street <br />light on the corner of Burke Avenue and Hand Street be <br />approved. Roll Call, Ayes (4) - Nays (0). <br /> <br />Shields Moved, Grauel Seconded, that the plan of the State <br />Highway Department for signalization at County Road C and <br />Snelling be approved, subject to Village EngineerOs recommend- <br />ation. Roll Call, Ayes (4) - Nays (0). <br /> <br />Shields Moved, Grauel Seconded, that Resolution No. 1001-A <br />calling for a public hearing on the improvement of Fulham <br />Street lying between Laurie Road and S.T.H. #36 for August 10. <br />1964, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes (4) = Nays (0). <br /> <br />Shields Moved, Grauel Seconded, that the request of James Server, <br />2241 West Highway #36 for variance to the side yard setback for <br />construction of a garage be referred to the Planning Commission <br />for their meeting of September 2. 1964, and the C~uncil Public <br />Hearing on September 14, 1964. Roll Cal,l, Ayes (4) - Nays (0). <br /> <br />Grauel Moved.
