VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE Regular Meeting of the Village Council, August 3, 1964. The Village Council met on the above date with the following members present: Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Curley, Goodrich, Grauel and Shields. Shields Moved, Grauel Seconded, that the minutes of the meeting of July 20, 1964, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). Goodrich Moved, Grauel Seconded, that the public hearing on the vacation of Asbury Street and release of utility easement be continued until October 5, 1964. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). Grauel Moved, Shields Seconded, that the Final Plat on OWasso Shores Addition be approved. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). Grauel Moved, Goodrich Seconded, that the application submitted by E. H. Willmus Properties, Inc. for rezoning of property at County Road C and Cleveland Avenue from I-I to 1-2 be approved. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). -" Shields Moved, Goodrich Seconded, that the request of E. H. Willmus Properties for variance in building height permitting a two story structure, special use permit and planned residential development on the east side of Snelling Avenue between C-2 and Lydia Street be approved with the condition that screening subject to the approval of the Building Inspector and according to the planned layout of the development of the property be accomplished. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). Curley Moved, Grauel Seconded, that the request of Donald V. Roberts for change in grade on Marion Street approximately 300 feet north of Larpenteur Avenue be referred to the Village engineer and consulting engineer for study and recommendation; and that the expense of such engineering investigation be borne by Mr. Roberts. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). Curley Moved, Goodrich Seconded, that the request for street lights at Sherren and Milton and at the south end of Milton be approved. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). Curley Moved, Goodrich Seconded, that Mr. Robert Forliti be given permission to remove tree at the alley entrance on Woodruff~ Avenue between S. McCarrons Boulevard and Hilltop Street and to lower the grade of the alley with the permission of the adjoining property owners; and that this in no way will constitute acceptance of the alley for maintenance by the Village.
