<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Special Meeting of the Village Council, August 5, 1964. <br /> <br />5:00 P.M. <br /> <br />The Village Council met on the above date with the following <br />members present: Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Goodrich, Grauel <br />and Shields. Absent: Trustee Curley. <br /> <br />Grauel Moved, Goodrich Seconded, that the Mayor and Clerk be <br />authorized to execute an agreement with the Roseville Water <br />Company covering arbitration of the purchase price of the <br />Water Company. Roll Call, Ayes (4) - Nays (0). <br /> <br />ROSE VI LLE <br />WATER <br />COMP ANY <br /> <br />Grauel Moved, Shields Seconded, that Resolution No. 1018 <br />calling for feasibility report on Water Improvement No. 64-7 <br />be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes (4) - Nays (0). <br /> <br />RESOLUTION <br />NO. 1018 <br /> <br />Shields Moved, Grauel Seconded, that the meeting be adjourned <br />at 5: 40 P.
