<br />Regular Meeting of the Village Council, August 10, 1964.

<br />The Village Council met on the above date with the following
<br />members present: Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Curley, Goodrich,
<br />Grauel and Shields.

<br />Goodrich Moved, Curley Seconded, that the minutes of the special
<br />meeting of July 27, 1964, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes (5) -
<br />Nays (0).
<br />
<br />Grauel Moved, Goodrich Seconded, that the minutes of the regular
<br />meeting of August 3, 1964, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes (5) -
<br />Nays (0).

<br />Shields Moved, Goodrich Seconded, that the minutes of the special
<br />meeting of August 3, 1964, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes (5) -
<br />Nays (0).

<br />Shields Moved, Goodrich Seconded, that the minutes of the special
<br />meeting of August 5, 1964, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes (5) -

<br />Curley Moved, Goodrich Seconded, that the public hearing on
<br />Street Improvement 64-6 (Fulham) be continued until September 14,
<br />1964. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0).

<br />Curley Moved, Goodrich Seconded, that the rezoning of property
<br />located at 2923 T.H. #8 from R-l to R-3 requested by Harley
<br />Grayden be approved. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0).

<br />Shields Moved, Curley Seconded, that request for building permit
<br />by Harley Grayden for 2923 T.H. #8 be granted. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes (5) - Nays (0).
<br />
<br />Goodrich Moved, Grauel Seconded, that the Southtown Baptist
<br />Church public hearing be continued until August 17, 1964.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0).
<br />
<br />Curley Moved, Grauel Seconded, that the setback variance requested
<br />by Paul Baber, 1690 North Hamline Avenue for a 5 foot instead of
<br />the 10 foot setback along the northerly line of the property be
<br />granted with the condition that the walls on the north and west
<br />sides of the proposed building be finished with brick rather than
<br />cement blocks. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0).

<br />Grauel Moved, Curley Seconded, that request for rezoning by Arrow
<br />Tank and Engineering Company for property at 2600 North Cleveland
<br />Avenue from 1-1 to 1-2 be referred to the Planning Commission for
<br />recommendation. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0).

<br />Shields Moved, Grauel Seconded, that the revised request of Cyril
<br />Sheehy for rezoning property at County Road D and Lexington Avenue
<br />from R-l to R-3 be referred to the Planning Commission. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes (5) - Nays (0).
