VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE Regular Meeting of the Village Council, August 17, 1964. 7:30 P.M. The Village Council met on the above date with the following members present: Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Curley, Goodrich, Grauel and Shields. Grauel Moved, Curley Seconded, that the minutes of the regular meeting of August 10, 1964, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). MI NUTE S Shields Moved, Grauel Seconded, that the Wagoner petition for rezoning property at 1245 Josephine Road from R-l to R-3 be denied. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). PUBLIC HEARING JOHN WAGONER REZONING Curley Moved, Goodrich Seconded, that the Southtown Baptist Church request for rezoning the northwest corner of Judith and Hamline be denied. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). PUBLIC HEARING SOUTHTOWN BAPTI ST CHURCH Shields Moved, Curley Seconded, that the request of Cyril Sheehy for rezoning at Lexington Avenue and County Road D be continued until September 14, 1964; and that the Administrator contact the applicants to clarify the rezoning request by either withdrawing the first request or notifying the Council how they wish to proceed on the first request. PUBLIC HEARING CYRIL SHEEHY Curley Moved, Shields Seconded, that the request from John Daubney regarding the Mack Hotel purchase and subsequent usage of additional property be referred to the Planning Commission. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). JOHN DAUBNEY REQUEST Goodrich Moved, Grauel Seconded, that the request for building permit for the Lakeside Nursing Home, 2727 North Victoria Avenue be granted. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). BUILDING PERMIT Shields Moved, Curley Seconded, that the request for division of lot by Dean Haes at 734 Heinel Drive be approved. Roll Call, Ayes (3) - Nays (2). Goodrich and Grauel voting nay. HAES DIVISION OF LOT Grauel Moved, Goodrich Seconded, that the application submitted by Mrs. Austin McDonough for division of lot be laid over until the applicant has secured the petition for the dedication of street and further development of the property. Roll Call, Ayes (5) * Nays (0). MCDONOUGH DIVISION OF LOT Grauel Moved, Shields Seconded, that request of Terry Damsgard, 434 W. County Road B-2, for division of lot be continued until September 14, 1964. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). DAMSGARD DIVISION OF LOT Grauel Moved, Shields Seconded, that the request of David B.
