<br />The Village Council met on the above date with the following
<br />members present: Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Curley, Goodrich,

<br />meeting of August 24, 1964, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes (5) -
<br />Nays (0).

<br />meeting of September 9, 1964, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes (5) -

<br />Grauel Moved, Shields Seconded, that Resolution No. 1033 ordering
<br />Water Improvement 64-7 and acquiring the assets of the Roseville
<br />Water Company be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0).

<br />Council on this matter be established for October 12, 1964.

<br />Curley Moved, Shields Seconded, that the B-Dale Men's Club
<br />be given permission to have bingo games from October I, 1964
<br />to October 1, 1965, running on Friday night at 8:00 P.M. on the
<br />condition that this remain a non-profit organization, and that
<br />the monies be directed to community affairs and improvements.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes (3) - Nays (2), Trustees Goodrich and Grauel
<br />voting nay.
