<br />Water Improvement 64-7 and acquiring the assets of the Roseville
<br />Water Company be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0).

<br />Curley Moved, Shields Seconded, that the B-Dale Men's Club
<br />be given permission to have bingo games from October I, 1964
<br />to October 1, 1965, running on Friday night at 8:00 P.M. on the
<br />condition that this remain a non-profit organization, and that
<br />the monies be directed to community affairs and improvements.
