<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Regular Meeting of the Village Council, September 14, 1964. <br /> <br />7:30 P.M. <br /> <br />The Village Council met on the above date with the following <br />members present: Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Curley, Goodrich, <br />Grauel and Shields. <br /> <br />Grauel Moved, Shields Seconded, that the minutes of the regular <br />meeting of August 24, 1964, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - <br />Nays (0). <br /> <br />MINUTES <br /> <br />Shields Moved, Grauel Seconded, that the minutes of the special <br />meeting of September 9, 1964, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - <br />Nays (0). <br /> <br />Grauel Moved, Shields Seconded, that Resolution No. 1033 ordering <br />Water Improvement 64-7 and acquiring the assets of the Roseville <br />Water Company be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). <br /> <br />RESOLUTION <br />NO. 1033 <br />ROSE VI L LE <br />WATER COMPANY <br /> <br />Curley Moved, Goodrich Seconded, that Street Improvement 64-6 <br />(Fulham Street) be rejected. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). <br /> <br />STREET IMPROVE- <br />MENT 64-6 <br /> <br />Shields Moved, Curley Seconded, that request of Glen Hambleton, <br />2635 Fisk Street, for a sideyard setback on County Road C be <br />granted. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). <br /> <br />GLEN HAMBLETON <br />VARIANCE <br /> <br />Shields Moved, Grauel Seconded, that the request of Ed Widerski <br />for sign variance at 1739 Rice Street be denied. Roll Call, <br />Ayes (5) - Nays (0). <br /> <br />ED WIDERSKI <br />SIGN VARIANCE <br /> <br />Curley Moved, Grauel Seconded, that the variance request of <br />Pacific Mutual Door, 2655 North Fairview, be referred to the <br />Planning CommisSion, and that a public hearing before the <br />Council on this matter be established for October 12, 1964. <br />Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). <br /> <br />PACIFIC MUTUAL <br />DOOR <br /> <br />Curley Moved, Shields Seconded, that the B-Dale Men's Club <br />be given permission to have bingo games from October I, 1964 <br />to October 1, 1965, running on Friday night at 8:00 P.M. on the <br />condition that this remain a non-profit organization, and that <br />the monies be directed to community affairs and improvements. <br />Roll Call, Ayes (3) - Nays (2), Trustees Goodrich and Grauel <br />voting nay. <br /> <br />B-DALE MEN'S <br />CLUB <br /> <br />Grauel Moved, Goodrich Seconded, that the rezoning request of <br />M. Reinhardt, 815 Cope Avenue, be referred to the Planning <br />Commission for recommendation. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). <br /> <br />M.
