<br />Regular Heeting of the Village Council, September 21, 1964.

<br />The Village Council met on the above date with the following
<br />members present: Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Curley, Goodrich,
<br />Grauel and Shields.
<br />
<br />Curley Moved, Shields Seconded, that the minutes of the meeting
<br />of September 14, 1964, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes (5) -
<br />Nays (0).
<br />
<br />Shields Moved, Grauel Seconded, that a special meeting be called
<br />for 7:30 P.M., September 28, 1964; and that the public hearing on
<br />change in grade of Marion Street north of Larpenteur Avenue be
<br />continued until September 28, 1964. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0).

<br />Goodrich Moved, Curley Seconded, that request for division of lot
<br />by E. B. Olson, 3066 North Fairview be approved subject to the
<br />conditions recommended by the Planning Commission in their report
<br />dated August 6, 1964. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0).
<br />
<br />Shields tvloved, Grauel Seconded, that request for division of lot
<br />by Marie Maynard be continued until October 12, 1964. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes (5) - Nays (0).
<br />
<br />Shields Hoved, Grauel Seconded, that the proposed Central Park
<br />master plan presented by the Central Park Coordinating Committee
<br />be approved. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0).
<br />
<br />Grauel Hoved, Shields Seconded, that the application of Sunset
<br />Memorial Park to fill a ponding area at County Road C and Eustis
<br />be referred to Banister Engineering Company for report to the
<br />Council. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0).
<br />
<br />Goodrich Moyed, Curley Seconded, that the public hearing for
<br />Frank Haggerty and Don Cesar request for rezoning at Lexington
<br />Avenue and Sherren Street, be established for October 12, 1964;
<br />and that the Engineer prepare a report on the drainage problems
<br />at this location for that meeting. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0).
<br />
<br />Shields Moved, Curley Seconded, that the request of Mr. Gladitsch
<br />to sUbdivide into two parcels of land at 3047 and 3053 North
<br />Wheeler be approved subject to the conditions recommended in the
<br />Planning Commission report dated July 16, 1962. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes (5) - Nays (0).
<br />
<br />Shields Moved, Curley Seconded, that Ordinance No. 440 revising
<br />water rates be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0).
<br />
<br />Shields Moved, Grauel Seconded, that the Village pay to the
<br />Corporation of the Presiding Bishop of the Church of Jesus Christ
<br />of Latter-Day Saints, the sum of $16,000.00 in complete and final
<br />payment of Park Site lSA-A, upon receiving a warranty deed which
<br />meets with the approval of the Village Attorney. Roll Call,
