<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Special Meeting of the Village Council, September 28, 1964. <br /> <br />The Village Council met on the above date with the following <br />members present: Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Curley, Goodrich, <br />Grauel and Shields. <br /> <br />Shields Moved, Curley Seconded, that the request by Roberts <br />Construction Company for lowering of the grade of Marion Street <br />from a point approximately 275 feet north of the north right-of- <br />way line of Larpenteur Avenue to a point approximately 675 feet <br />north of the north right-of-way of Larpenteur Avenue in accord- <br />ance with a report prepared by the Banister Engineering Company <br />dated September 21, 1964, entitled "Proposed Grade Revision Marion <br />Street, Roseville, Minnesot~'; and that the Village Attorney pre- <br />pare the necessary legal agreement between the Village of Roseville <br />and the Roberts Construction Company covering this change in grade. <br />Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). <br /> <br />Grauel Moved, Goodrich Seconded, that Resolution No. l047-A <br />authorizing the Village Manager and Village Engineer to receive <br />bids on October 12, 1964, for Street Improvement 64-2 be adopted. <br />Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). <br /> <br />Shields Moved, Grauel Seconded, that Resolution No. 1048 relating <br />to apportionment of assessments relating to Water Improvement <br />No. 64-1 be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). <br /> <br />Shields Moved, Grauel Seconded, that Resolution No. 1049 relating <br />to apportionment of assessments relating to Water Improvement No. <br />63-3 be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). <br /> <br />Shields Moved, Grauel Seconded, that Resolution No. 1050 relating <br />to apportionment of assessments relating to Sanitary Sewer <br />Improvement #3 be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). <br /> <br />Shields Moved, Grauel Seconded, that Resolution No. 1051 relating <br />to apportionment of assessments relating to Sanitary Sewer Improve- <br />ment No.4 be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). <br /> <br />Curley Moved, Grauel Seconded, that Resolution No. 1052 requesting <br />divorcement from the St. Anthony water system be adopted.
