VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE Regular Meeting of the Village Council, October 5, 1964. The Village Council met on the above date with the following members present: Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees CurleYD Goodrich, Grauel and Shields. Grauel Moved, Shields Seconded, that the minutes of the regular meeting of September 21, 1964 be approved. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). Shields Moved, Grauel Seconded, that the minutes of the special meeting of September 28, 1964, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). Curley Moved, Shields Seconded, that the minutes of the special meeting of October 2, 1964, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). Grauel Moved, Shields Seconded, that the public hearing as requested by Centennial Methodist Church for the vacation of a section of Asbury Street and release of utility easements be continued until November 2, 1964. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). Shields Moved, Goodrich Seconded, that the request of James Server, 2241 W. Highway #36 for a variance to the ordinance in reduction of the sideyard setback from 10 to 3 feet be approved with the condition that the trees along the edge of the property line be removed. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). Shields Moved, Goodrich Seconded, that the application for club license by the Paul Bunyan Motel be referred to the Attorney for an opinion. Roll Call. Ayes (5) - Nays (0). Goodrich Moved, Curley Seconded, that the rezoning request from B-1 to B-2 by the Colonial Furniture Company on the Gluek property at Fairview and T.H. #36 be referred to the Planning Commission. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). Shields Moved, Grauel Seconded, that the Sheehy rezoning request from R-l to R-3 at Dellwood and Josephine Road be referred to the Planning Commission. Roll Call. Ayes (5) - Nays (0). Grauel Moved, Curley Seconded, that Ordinance No. 441 amending Section 125.020 of the Village Code regarding cemetery fencing be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). Curley Moved, Grauel Seconded, that the Village Manager be authorized to execute the Application for Relief to abate taxes payable in 1964 for certain property taken for the widening of County Road B and other property as set forth in said Application.
